When paired with the included Small Mirrorless Core Unit, the Action X25 Starter Kit will fit a non-gripped mirrorless or DSLR camera (approximately 4.7 in or 13cm tall) with 3-5 lenses, up to an unattached 70-200mm 2.8, and the rear laptop sleeve will protect a laptop up to 14 inches (35 cm). The X25 meets the absolute strictest international carry-on regulations possible, and it will even usually fit under the seat of an airplane. This 25 liter backpack can expand to 32 liters when needed by extending the 7-liter rolltop. It will fit Core Units as small as the XS25 Core Unit for more compact camera kits, and it will fit up to the L25 RST Core Unit to maximize the entire interior space for camera gear and fit an attached 180-600/200-600mm lens. ADJUSTABLE TORSO HEIGHT: The X25 has three height options with approximately 7 cm (2.7 in) of vertical adjustment. This means the same backpack can fit short or tall — male or female — torso heights, ensuring a custom fit for everyone. Those with taller or broader torsos can add our Booster Kit for greater range in torso fit. Female users can add the optional Women's Harness Straps for a more comfortable fit.

CORE UNIT MODULAR CAMERA INSERT SYSTEM (Starter Kit includes Small Mirrorless Core Unit): The X25 utilizes Shimoda's Mirrorless 25-series Core Units, which are matched to the narrower width of the 25 liter packs (versus the wider 30-50 liter packs). Core Units provide shockproof protection for Mirrorless and DSLR cameras and lenses, and ensure a user never carries more padding and weight than necessary.

EXPANDABLE ROLLTOP ACCESS: Rolltop access allows the pack to be adjusted to your gear needs while still maintaining a tight and compact fit. The rolltop can expand with a volume range of 7 liters. The top section also has an additional quick-access YKK SplashGuard zipper that makes getting at your gear extremely quick and easy, especially in foul weather.
