-Cutoff time for same day shipment is 10AM Alaska Time. We are not typically able to ship on Saturday & Sunday. Also note, we do not guarantee shipments will go out on Mondays. 

-Shipment times are not guaranteed, we are not responsible for late deliveries. 

-The inventory on this website is live and reflected in current time with in store sales. If an item is listed as in stock, it's available. 

-"Free shipping within Alaska" orders will be via USPS or UPS ground and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Longer shipping times are mostly to villages and Southeast.

-All UPS shipments are restricted from being redirected or held for pickup.

-Any shipments that are returned/refused and returned to us will be refunded minus our outgoing and returned shipping costs plus 6% restocking fee.
