It’s our goal to ship all orders same or next business day. Online orders for store pickup are usually ready in 1 hour or less (during business hours).
Shipping is free over $100 and very reasonable on orders that are less. Shipping will be via USPS or UPS and you will receive a tracking number once shipped. Due to shipping costs, backpacks and other large items do not qualify for free shipping. Contact us for a shipping quote on those items.
Lower 48 shipping

-All orders valued over $100 will require a signature for delivery.
-Cutoff time is 10:00AM Alaska time for overnight shipments.
-USPS delivery dates are not guaranteed.
-UPS/FedEx deliveries are Monday-Friday only.
-Parcel Select/Ground Advantage shipments to the lower 48 could take up to 4 weeks.
-Some oversized items are only eligible for store pickup.
-Used consignment items are not eligible for shipping, these are indicated by a number sign and 4 digits in the title of the item (#xxxx)
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in like new condition with all original packaging. Items that are not returned as such, will be charged a restocking fee. Orders for store pickup will not be automatically canceled if not picked up and are subject to our standard return policy.
In the event of a return where an item was traded in towards it, the traded in item will be given back to you. If the item has sold, you will receive store credit for the value of the trade in.
Non-Returnable Items: DJI products, papers, chemicals, film, ink, backdrops, batteries, memory cards, & card readers.
Refunds for items that were traded-in will be as store credit only.
All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is DOA. Items that qualified for free shipping that are returned will be refunded minus our outgoing shipping costs.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged, defective or missing items MUST be reported to Stewarts Photo within two (2) business days of delivery of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. Stewarts Photo will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility is for the monetary value of the merchandise.
