Currently, we only offer shipping to Alaska (except for gift cards). Shipping is free over $100 and very reasonable on orders that are less. Shipping will be via USPS or UPS and you will receive a tracking number once shipped. It’s our goal to ship all orders same or next business day. If you’re located in Anchorage, we may contact you to have our staff deliver to you.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in like new condition with all original packaging. Items that are not returned as such, will be charged a restocking fee. Orders for store pickup will not be automatically canceled if not picked up and are subject to our standard return policy. All DJI products are non-returnable, all sales final.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Stewarts Photo within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. Stewarts Photo will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility is for the monetary value of the merchandise.
