Flic Film Quintol Neutral Tone Paper Developer is a traditional style paper developer that makes four liters of stock solution, which can be diluted according to the desired contrast and tone of the print. The stock solution may be kept for 6 months in a fully stoppered bottle. The development times are the same as those for Kodak Dektol.
