The higher resolution also unlocks a two-step digital teleconverter feature, which crops into the sensor to provide a 1.4x or 2x zoom, giving further in camera flexibility.

Fully Featured Viewfinder
Thanks to its detailed electronic viewfinder, FUJIFILM X-E5 lets you see every detail when viewing images. As well as providing an accurate preview of the scene, it also provides some additional functions that deliver an experience similar to an optical viewfinder. These include three Surround View modes which allow the selection of a black, semi-transparent or line outline showing the image’s aspect ratio and what is outside of it to better anticipate subjects moving into frame, plus a Simple View option, which emulates the viewfinder from an analog film SLR.
